The Pulse Points Program is our free Rewards program where you earn points on every purchase and redeem those Points for Rewards.
How do I join Pulse Points?
Simply sign in here to join.
How do I access my Pulse Points account?
Log into your Henry Rose account and select "Loyalty Hub" from the top navigation to access your dashboard.
How do I earn points?
Earn points with every purchase and by completing actions found under "Ways to Earn" in your account.
How do I climb tiers for enhanced perks?
Advance through tiers by reaching the required spend level within a year from your Pulse Points Membership start date.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Redeem your points for rewards directly in your account or at checkout.
Are there any limitations to the number of rewards that I can redeem at once?
No, you can redeem as many rewards as you like.
What happens to my points when I return items?
Any points earned will be removed from your balance upon return of item(s).
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date they’re earned. Additionally, accounts with no point-earning or redemption activity for 12 consecutive months will forfeit any remaining points. Tier status continues to adjust based on your total spend over the past 12 months.
Does my tier expire?
Yes—you have one year to qualify for a VIP tier. After reaching the threshold, you'll keep that status for the remainder of the calendar year plus the following year. If you don't meet the threshold the following year, you move down a tier.
How do I access my free VIP shipping?
Sign in using the email associated with your Pulse Points account and your free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.
What are Pulse Points Products?
Pulse Points Products is our members-only rewards marketplace—the exclusive home for points redemption. Featured items rotate on a consistent basis; check back frequently for new selections.
What are vouchers?
As you enter a new tier, enjoy a voucher—our gift to you—redeemable across all items on henryrose.com. Voucher amounts increase with each consecutive tier. Or cash in points for $10, $25 or $50 vouchers, valid for use sitewide.
What activities can lead to losing my Pulse Points account privileges?
We reserve the right to revoke Points or account access if we detect any of the following:
- Accounts being misused, duplicated or shared.
- Points earned through fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
- Use of bots, automated tools or scripts to manipulate the system.
- Participation for resale or commercial purposes.
- Multiple accounts created by one user to exploit rewards.
- Posting or promoting referral links on coupon or discount aggregation platforms.
Do my points have cash value?
No. Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
Do I earn points on past purchases?
Points start accruing once you sign up for Pulse Points and cannot be applied retroactively. All future purchases as a Pulse Points member earn Points.
Is the Pulse Points program subject to change?
We reserve the right to change Products/Points in the Pulse Points Loyalty program at any time.
