    My latest Henry Rose Obsession

    Have been a faithful HR customer since its inception and love just about every fragrance. London 1983 is my latest obsession. It is warm and fresh at the same time with just the right amount of spice. It is a scent that really could be worn all year long.

    love this scent. I am very picky when it comes to perfumes. I have only 1 in the last 20 years. This is the first I am willing to use. It is so pretty. Not too sweet and strong. I have gotten tons of compliments. Will continue to use.

    Grocery store outing—60 going back to 30!!

    I have never written a perfume review before, but after what happened to me I honestly felt like I had to.

    First of all, I’m a 60 year old woman. I’m not an influencer, I’m not on Instagram promoting products, and nobody is paying me to say this. I’m pretty much retired, my kids are raised, and I’m happily enjoying my husband, my dog, my hobbies, football season and life.

    I recently tried Henry Rose for the first time and layered London 1983 with Queens & Monsters. Then I headed to the grocery store for what I thought would be a quick grocery run.

    I’m walking through the produce department when one of the employees comes over and bumps my elbow to get my attention. He holds out his arm and the hair on his arm is literally standing up with goosebumps. He says, “Look what your scent just physically did to my arms!” Then he tells me he has never smelled anything better. He even says, “I’m a happily married man and you’re a happily married woman, and marriage has nothing to do with appreciating a beautiful scent. It should be noted.”

    I walked away laughing and smiling because I don’t think anyone has ever reacted to the way I smelled quite like that before.

    Then I go down the next aisle.

    There are two gentlemen there, I walk past them and they both turn their heads. One of them actually circles back, taps me and says, “I have never done this before, but what are you wearing? I need to go home and buy it for my wife.”
